The Indian Coast Guard invites online applications from eligible male candidates for recruitment to the posts of Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch), and Yantrik through the Coast Guard Enrolled Personnel Test (CGEPT) – 01/2026 & 02/2026. This is a great opportunity to join an armed force under the Ministry of Defence.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Navik (GD): 12th pass with Maths and Physics
- Navik (DB): 10th pass
- Yantrik: 10th pass and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecom (2 to 4 years)
- Age Limit: 18–22 years; Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs
💰 Pay Scale
- Navik (GD/DB): ₹21,700 (Level 3) + allowances
- Yantrik: ₹29,200 (Level 5) + ₹6,200 Yantrik pay + allowances
📝 Selection Process
- Stage-I: Computer Based Online Test (as per post syllabus)
- Stage-II: PFT, Document Verification, Medical
- Stage-III: Final DV, Pre-enrolment Medical, Document Submission
- Stage-IV: Final Verification before training
🏃♂️ Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- 1.6 Km run in 7 minutes
- 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
- 10 Push-ups
🩺 Medical Standards
- Height: Min. 157 cm (relaxation applicable)
- Chest: Min. expansion 5 cm
- Weight: Proportional to height & age
- Vision & Hearing: Normal
- Tattoos: Permitted only on specific parts (see official guidelines)
